The Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing communications manager and regional marketing managers. You will coordinate national and regional initiatives, special projects, and customer experience activities. The work requires prioritizing multiple projects while maintaining clear communication with internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Update event, campaign, and marketing initiative calendars
- Process billing, purchase orders, and editing service proposals
- Coordinate requests from business centres and head office
- Support marketing meetings, events, and sponsorships
- Maintain marketing content across internal platforms

Requirements:

- Three years of experience in a similar organization
- Excellent administration, organization, and prioritization abilities
- Proactive approach anticipating future needs
- Robust interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent English and French communication skills
