You turn a confusing process into a clear next step, and you get to hear what it means to the families you help when valuable news arrives.

What you will do
Be the first person new clients talk to, and make it a positive first impression
Turn questions about the Disability Tax Credit into clear, simple next steps
Build real relationships with clients and stay with them until their file is done
Share in the good news with clients when it comes
Work closely with our tax and medical teams so every client is looked after

What we are looking for
Experience in customer service, client care, or any role where people come first
A warm, confident phone manner, and patience with clients who are stressed or unwell
Transparent written English; French is an asset
Comfort with everyday software, email and video calls
Care with personal and medical information
A quiet place to work, a reliable internet connection, and eligibility to work in Canada
