CareRx seeks a Pharmacy Assistant L1 for its Pharmacy team, supporting long-term care homes and retirement communities. You will prepare, package, and organize medication deliveries while supporting daily operations under Pharmacy Standards of Practice. This in office role follows a five-day work week.

Key Responsibilities:
Stock automated dispensing cabinets with required medications
Scan and verify physician orders for completeness
Audit medication systems, carts, storage areas, and fridges
Review resident charts and complete audit platform entries
Support documentation, labeling, returns,



and pharmacy operations

Requirements:
Previous pharmacy assistant experience, preferably in long-term care
Ability to work independently in office in long-term care
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Strong communication with clinical and administrative staff
Understanding of LTC regulations and medication systems is an asset
