You will get to know their needs, introduce them to the right Subaru vehicles, walk them through available options, and ensure a smooth and professional buying experience.Your responsibilities will include:Responding to customer inquiries in person, by phone, and onlineUnderstanding customer needs and recommending suitable vehiclesConducting vehicle walkarounds, demonstrations, and test drivesExplaining vehicle features, pricing, and available financing optionsCollaborating with management to structure and finalize vehicle dealsManaging leads and customer follow-ups through CRM systemsAccurately documenting customer information and sales activityCoordinating vehicle deliveries and ensuring a positive handover experienceStaying up to date on Subaru products, technology, features, and industry trendsBuilding long-term customer relationships that drive repeat businessWorking with the dealership team to achieve shared goalsWhat You'll BringWe are looking for someone who is:Professional, personable,
