DRC Construction Ltd. is seeking an experienced, reliable, and motivated Carpenter to join our team in Regina, Sk.

We specialize in residential and commercial construction and are looking for a skilled individual. The ideal candidate will have a strong carpentry background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team based environment. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, is dependable, and can manage projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform skilled carpentry work.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Plan and organize daily tasks to keep projects on schedule
Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment required for projects
Identify and resolve construction related issues if they arise
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site
Ensure work meets company quality standards and building codes
Communicate effectively with management,



crew members and other trades
Take responsibility for completing assigned projects efficiently and professionally

Qualifications:
Journey person certification. 4th year apprentices will be considered.
Several years of hands-on carpentry experience
Robust background in residential and light commercial is an asset
Ability to plan, organize , and complete tasks
Robust knowledge of framing, and general carpentry practices
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions on site
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent client service
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation is preferred

Wages based on experience.
