Serve Pickle Lake customers with the LCBO through product knowledge, computerized cash registers, and engaging in office service. This casual role is part time.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will report to the Store Manager and create positive experiences for customers, colleagues, wholesale representatives, and trade representatives. You will support wine, beer, and spirits purchases while contributing to store operations. The position includes customer engagement, inventory assistance, product handling, replenishment, and transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Share product knowledge and deliver customer experiences
- Operate computerized cash registers and process transactions
- Interact positively with customers and representatives
- Assist with inventory receiving and unload trucks
- Replenish stock and maintain Customer Ready Standards

Requirements:

- Enjoy working with the public and delivering exceptional service
- Be eligible to work in Canada
- Be at least 18 years old
- Submit a satisfactory Criminal Background Check
- Handle repetitive lifting up to 40 pounds
