As a Barista, you will prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and related food and beverage items for customers. You will welcome guests, identify their coffee interests, and answer menu questions. The work includes following recipes, explaining coffee beans, and demonstrating brewing equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and determine their coffee interests
Prepare espresso, cafe latte, cappuccino, and other coffee drinks
Explain menu options, coffee beans, and brewing equipment
Replenish beans, equipment, pastries, cookies, and supplies
Follow sanitation standards and maintain coffee bar appearance

Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills
Previous Barista work experience is an asset
Ability to follow oral and written instructions
Robust interpersonal skills and teamwork ability
Physical ability to perform position duties

Use espresso preparation, customer education, and coffee equipment knowledge to support quality service as a Barista.
