McMan seeks a Casual Foster Care Support Worker for the Lloydminster, Vermillion, and Wainwright areas. This frontline position supports children ages 0 to 18 in foster homes. Apply human services experience, family dynamics knowledge, and culturally based practice while coordinating care and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain foster parent training plans
Travel to foster homes at least twice monthly
Support children’s physical, emotional, and social wellbeing
Facilitate relationships with birth and extended family
Coordinate appropriate psychiatric,



psychological, and academic assessments

Requirements:
Post-secondary human services diploma or preferred related degree
Two years of frontline human services experience required
Knowledge of Indigenous culture and family dynamics
Basic First Aid Level C with CPR and AED
Class 5 licence, clean abstract, and reliable vehicle
