This Department Manager oversees a store department and supports sales, profitability, inventory, customer service, and merchandising objectives. You will train, coach, and motivate associates while coordinating replenishment and communicating with store management. Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Previous retail management experience, preferably departmental or specialty retail
- Robust leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
- Microsoft Office and basic computer proficiency
- Flexible schedule, lifting up to 50 pounds, and extended standing
