As a Talent Management Advisor, you will lead initiatives that identify, develop, engage, and prepare organizational talent. You will enhance performance management, succession planning, internal mobility, skills-based talent management, and employer branding. The work connects business needs with practical solutions for managers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic talent management mandates from definition through implementation
Translate business needs into practical talent solutions
Analyze practices, data, and trends for explicit recommendations
Collaborate with Talent and Culture, analytics, systems,



and business partners
Manage deliverables, priorities, risks, dependencies, and timelines

Requirements:
Seven or more years of experience, including human resources experience
Significant involvement in large-scale, cross-functional projects
Robust analytical, synthesis, communication, and interpersonal skills
Intermediate-to-advanced English and advanced French proficiency
Ability to navigate ambiguity and adjust priorities structurally
