Reporting to the Accounting Supervisor, the Cash Audit Clerk is responsible for reconciling, verifying, and reporting daily cash and sales transactions across resort departments. This part time, year-round role supports accurate financial records, cash management, accounts receivable, and general accounting operations while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail. Assist with accounts receivable (AR), including processing payments, tracking outstanding balances, and reconciling accounts
Assist with general accounting duties, filing, and administrative tasks
Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Outlook
General accounting experience is an asset
Part time, year-round position
Adaptable shifts and varying hours during peak periods
Availability to work weekends and holidays during busy periods
Competitive wage: $18.75-$21.00/hour dependent on experience
