UNC Health is seeking a Transfer Center Coordinator – RN to coordinate inter-hospital transfers, assess patient needs, plan and evaluate care, and promote effective flow. You will work with care teams to optimize throughput and ensure high-quality, cost-effective transfer management.
This onsite role in Chapel Hill requires a BSN, NC RN licensure, and at least three years of inpatient experience. The position is full time, 36 hours per week, with a rotating schedule and hourly compensation
