Manage full-cycle accounts receivable for Sinclair Technologies in Aurora, Ontario, using invoicing, collections, and cash application expertise. This is a full time permanent position.

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will support the Finance Department’s daily activities while reporting to the Department Manager. The hands-on position requires accounting experience, independent work, and accurate financial administration. Sinclair Technologies designs and manufactures antenna and RF signal conditioning products as a division of Norsat International Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage invoicing and verify billing information with internal teams
- Complete collections, cash application, chargebacks, and disputes
- Monitor aging, identify risks, and resolve past-due balances




- Perform bank reconciliations and accounts receivable month-end tasks
- Support closing activities, reporting, and additional accounting assignments

Requirements:

- Accounting, finance, or related degree or diploma
- Minimum three years of accounts receivable or accounting experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel
- ERP or accounting system experience; Business Central is an asset
- Accuracy, communication, prioritization, and independent work skills
