Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning and upkeep of common areas, amenity spaces,



and building facilitiesComplete scheduled, preventative, and emergency maintenance tasksRespond to resident service requests and minor repair requirements in a timely mannerMaintain exterior areas including parking facilities, walkways, rooftops, and groundsSupport seasonal duties including snow removal, pressure washing, and landscaping upkeepEscort contractors and vendors while monitoring progress of assigned workInspect building systems and record operational readings and maintenance activitiesAssist with suite turnovers, vacant unit inspections, and month-end operational activities

Requirements:

Possess previous maintenance experience within residential, property management, or building operations environmentsDemonstrate knowledge of building systems such as HVAC, boilers, pumps, generators, sprinklers, and related equipmentMaintain awareness of Occupational Health & Safety and WHMIS practicesCommunicate professionally with residents, contractors, and team membersUse smartphones, digital work order systems, and two-way radio communication toolsAccommodate on-call responsibilities and occasional schedule adjustments based on operational needsLift and move materials or equipment weighing up to 50 lbs when requiredSuccessfully complete a criminal background check
