Support Microsoft Dynamics GP and Workday Finance initiatives as a detail-oriented Finance Business Analyst within an IT team. Analyze systems, requirements, and financial processes.

This Finance Business Analyst supports financial system implementation and optimization projects. The work includes business analysis, requirements gathering, testing, data migration, and documentation. You will collaborate with finance, IT, and technical and non-technical stakeholders while supporting Dynamics GP and future Workday Finance projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather requirements and translate business needs into functional specifications
- Evaluate Dynamics GP processes and recommend system improvements
- Support Workday Finance implementation and system integrations




- Develop test cases and support User Acceptance Testing
- Maintain current system, process, and project documentation

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in finance, accounting, business analysis, or systems support
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel
- Bilingualism required for predominantly English-speaking commercial clientele
