Member in valuable standing of Ontario or Québec BarNine to twelve years of legal experienceSignificant M&A; and corporate transaction exposureCross-border, multi-jurisdictional, carve-out, and integration experienceFluency in French and English, written and verbalBring pragmatic judgment, negotiation strength, and transaction leadership to Bombardier’s Montreal-based M&A; legal team.
