Our client is hiring a Group Benefits Account Executive to drive new group perks sales through targeted outreach, referrals, and relationship-based business development. Responsibilities
Build a prospect list and consistently generate meetings through outreach and networking
Develop relationships with owners, executives, and HR leaders
Identify client needs and position solutions clearly and credibly
Prepare proposals and present recommendations
Close new accounts and coordinate onboarding handoff




Track activity and progress with disciplined follow-through
Stay current on market trends relevant to group advantages

Qualifications
Track record of hitting targets in a hunter-oriented B2B sales role
Experience in group benefits is strongly preferred
Strong business development skills (prospecting, objection handling, closing)
Excellent interpersonal skills with a consultative approach
Nice to have: portable network, experience working with referral partners, industry coursework or designations
