This management role coordinates fleet support, standardized practices, resource allocation, and aircraft availability. It also guides personnel leadership, customer support, financial responsibility, and continuous improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily line maintenance activities across the national networkSupport Crew Chiefs, Aircraft Maintenance Engineers, and base supervisorsCoordinate AOG intervention, recovery,
