Genesis Kitchener-Waterloo’s service team in Kitchener is hiring an Automotive Service Advisor. You will provide service guidance, write repair orders, and assist guests to ensure a premium ownership experience at a new luxury facility located at 2385 Shirley Drive, Kitchener, Ontario.

The role requires service and/or parts advisory experience, basic automotive knowledge, and robust communication with customers. A collaborative, quick-paced workplace and ongoing coaching are offered.
