You will work under general direction while independently developing approaches to solutions.Key Responsibilities:
Apply technical standards and engineering principles to complex assignmentsDevelop designs, testing documentation, calculations, reports, and standardsCoordinate project phases, including design, procurement, installation,



and commissioningSupport bid documents, proposal evaluations, and selection recommendationsPerform budgeting, estimating, forecasting, accounting, and work order managementRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited programTwo or more years of relevant engineering experienceBroad proficiency in a specialty area and related disciplinesAbility to demonstrate documented technical skills and core competenciesEIT or FE credentialApply distribution engineering, project coordination, technical documentation, and field oversight skills as an Xcel Energy Staff Engineer.
