You will counsel clients on coverages, build rapport, and become familiar with other lines of business. The position combines education, customer service, and technical savvy while supporting ONE Insurance’s customer-focused branch team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome branch customers with an exceptional service experience
- Process Auto Insurance transactions immediately and professionally
- Use Prospector Program to generate leads with every transaction




- Offer optimum Autopac coverage options and auto extensions
- Support Personal Lines processing and other required duties

Requirements:

- Minimum one year insurance or comparable customer service experience preferred
- Manitoba General Insurance License and IWS Certification considered assets
- Applied EPIC familiarity considered an asset
- Robust organization, attention to detail, and multitasking ability
- Valid driver’s license and clear criminal record check required
