Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to urgent equipment down situations
• Develop project plans and budgets for repairs
• Monitor field test programs with Reliability Group
• Identify and report product issues to stakeholders
• Provide expert technical guidance to clients
Requirements:
• Journeyperson trade certification required
• 3+ years of specific Komatsu experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Valid driver's license needed
