The Experience Senior Living Team seeks a Lead Server to support resident satisfaction through attentive dining service. This role includes reviewing menus, taking accurate orders, serving beverages, and maintaining dining spaces. You will also coordinate with culinary leadership, support special events, and communicate resident preferences for menu planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-level customer service and promote fine dining
- Review daily menus and take accurate meal orders
- Serve beverages and deliver meals to residents and guests




- Set tables according to Experience Senior Living standards
- Assist with banquets, theme meals, and special events

Requirements:

- Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
