This full-time Replenishment Analyst executes category replenishment strategy and supports Merchandising, Store Operations, and supply chain customers. The role targets in-stock performance and inventory turns while maintaining inventory levels for stores and distribution centers. You will use Excel or MS Access, review forecasts, and collaborate across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve in-stock and inventory turns targets across managed categories
- Review replenishment tools and adjust inventory flows when required
- Determine replenishment quantities during forecast or demand changes




- Report key performance indicators to merchandising and senior management
- Present inventory recommendations during weekly business reviews

Requirements:

- One to three years of analytical experience, ideally in retail
