This full time Supervisor, Grounds Maintenance role supports the resort’s property maintenance and waste management operations. You will lead maintenance projects, complete property audits, and coordinate daily tasks. The position also supports onboarding, performance administration, safety standards, budgets, and labour schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise grounds maintenance teams across resort properties
- Lead maintenance projects to time and budget specifications
- Complete weekly property audits and formulate work projects




- Support onboarding and administer direct-report performance
- Ensure safety standards, budgets, and labour schedules

Requirements:

- Three years landscape or property maintenance experience
- Snow removal experience included within maintenance background
- Light and medium equipment operation experience
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet competency
- Valid Class G driver licence and reliable transportation
