You will support equipment, process, and facility work while following Ministry of Skills and Development training requirements. Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect, maintain, repair, and modify machinery and facilities
- Evaluate downtime causes and suggest process improvements
- Support preventative maintenance and equipment design improvements
- Exchange key information during shift changes
- Maintain clean, orderly work areas and job sites

Requirements:

- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
- Completed Level 2 Tool and Die Maker program
- Qualified college program completion from a reputable institution
- Ability to work shifts and flexible schedule
- Registration as a 430A apprentice upon successful selection
