Customer Service Representative

At Hype Events, we help established brands connect with customers through face-to-face marketing, events, and brand experiences. We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who enjoys working with people, learning recent skills, and being part of a team.

What You’ll Do
Connect with customers and create positive brand experiences
Answer questions and provide helpful information
Represent established brands with professionalism and energy
Work closely with your team to support campaign goals
Learn and improve through hands-on training and feedback
