Whistler Blackcomb seeks an Alpine Restaurant Assistant Manager to support Restaurant Managers with daily operations. The position emphasizes teamwork, quality, and safety while delivering exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities span staff direction, training, scheduling, administration, and facility standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Attend to guest needs with responsive, friendly service
Assist front and back of house dining operations
Train, schedule, and direct restaurant staff
Manage hiring, cash, reservations, purchasing, and inventory
Maintain food preparation,



cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards

Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
ServSafe certification or regional equivalent required
Three to five years restaurant experience required
One or more years supervisory experience required
Versatile availability for nights, holidays, and weekends
