Your work includes tender document management, subcontractor quote coordination, cost estimates, scheduling support, and stakeholder communication. After award, you may support construction handover and project delivery activities.Key Responsibilities:
Organize tender documents, addenda, and bid correspondenceComplete quantity takeoffs from drawings and specificationsManage and level subcontractor and vendor quotesBuild cost estimates and identify tender risksSupport handover,

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in civil, geotechnical, or related engineeringMore than three years of relevant construction experienceHands-on quantity takeoff and quote management experienceAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills and estimating software experienceWillingness to travel across Canada as requiredBring accurate estimating, coordination, and project support skills to SB Canada’s major civil construction projects across Canada.
