Join an international legal team supporting a fast-paced global retail organization. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career lawyer to gain broad exposure to commercial law, corporate governance, compliance, and strategic business initiatives while working closely with teams across Canada and the U.S.

Requirements
Member in positive standing of the Quebec or Ontario Bar.
1+ years of experience in private practice and/or an in-house legal department, ideally with commercial law exposure.
Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented, with solid organizational skills.
Fluent in English with working proficiency in French.
Comfortable leveraging AI tools and technology to improve efficiency.





Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.
Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice to internal stakeholders.
Support corporate governance, compliance, privacy, consumer protection, and marketing matters.
Contribute to ESG/CSR initiatives and strategic legal projects.
Partner with cross-functional teams to address evolving business and legal needs.
