Assisted Living Alberta seeks a Therapy Assistant for Recreation Long Term Care. Working under assigned audiologists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, recreation therapists, or speech-language pathologists, you will provide direct and indirect client care. The work supports clients of all ages across the health care continuum and includes non-client service provision.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and indirect client care
Support rehabilitation services across the health care continuum
Work with internal and external partners
Contribute to quality improvement and program planning




Participate in student supervision and care teams

Requirements:
Diploma from an accredited post-secondary rehabilitation Therapy Assistant program
Equivalent training may be considered
Professionalism and robust ethics in client-centered care
Evidence of reflective thinking and lifelong learning
Driver’s license and vehicle required
