This associate role supports trust administration for Indigenous clients and delivers consistent service across complex accounts. You will provide administrative, analytical, and service support to Indigenous Trust Services Trust Officers and the Private Trust Manager. The work includes client correspondence, account documentation, incoming requests, and relationship support.

Key Responsibilities:
Support relationship managers with client service commitments
Maintain client profiles and account-specific documents
Respond promptly to calls, questions, and requests




Provide accurate administrative and analytical support
Keep skilled knowledge current on industry developments

Requirements:
Undergraduate degree
Working toward or completed Canadian Securities Course
Trust and Estate Practitioner progress or completion is an asset
Robust communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work collaboratively, confidentially, and independently
