As a leadership partner to the General Manager, you will align associates around sales, service, talent, and productive store operations. Your responsibilities include front-line business insight, store strategy execution, and communication across the team. You will also contribute to merchandising, marketing, and client relationship strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Minimum three years’ similar retail management experience
College or post-secondary degree preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Sales management training and presentation experience
Retail systems, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiency
