Support independence through community outreach, assessment, and skill-building as a Community Resource Worker in Penticton. This is regular full-time union employment.

At OneSky Community Resources, this position supports individuals in homes and communities. You will help develop Individual Service Plans, provide daily living assistance, and promote person-centered care. The work involves clients, families, professionals, and community agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in assessments, goal setting, and Individual Service Plans
- Provide daily living, social, and behavior management support
- Deliver life skills training and specialized care tasks
- Monitor progress and prepare accurate reports
- Connect participants with community resources and agencies

Requirements:

- Related human or social services certificate
- One year of recent related experience or equivalent
- Class 5 Driver’s License and reliable insured vehicle
- Current First Aid, CPR, and required certifications
- Explicit Criminal Record Check and physician health approval
