This Dispatcher position connects drivers, sales, operations, and customer service. You will schedule service, dispatch calls, track productivity, and document critical route information. The work supports responsive service while maintaining accurate daily data and paperwork.

Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule service and accommodate customer service changes
- Dispatch calls according to routes and driver locations
- Resolve delivery and pickup problems before service issues
- Complete driver check-ins and review route paperwork




- Coordinate service issue resolution across departments

Requirements:

- One to two years transportation, dispatch, or customer service experience preferred
- Prior dispatching experience considered a robust asset
- Understanding of TDG requirements and waste manifests
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer focus skills
- Proficiency with Google Suite programs
