XTL seeks experienced US AZ Drivers for full-time, permanent work based in Etobicoke. The schedule starts Thursday or Friday, with drivers away from home five days weekly. Responsibilities include operating tractors, moving freight safely, completing paperwork, maintaining e-logs, and working with dispatch on dedicated routes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate tractors and move freight safely across assigned routes
- Maintain compliance with transportation laws and XTL policies
- Build positive relationships with primary account contacts
- Complete paperwork and maintain accurate activity e-logs
- Maneuver trucks and verify delivery instructions

Requirements:

- Valid AZ driver licence is mandatory
- One year of commercial cross-border driving experience
- Clean driving abstract and CVOR preferred
- Clear criminal search is mandatory
- QUICK Card considered an asset
