Lead backroom retail operations at Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s through team supervision, task delegation, and customer service. Store opening, closing, and weekend availability are required.

Reporting to the Retail Manager, the Backroom Team Lead oversees daily department operations. You will direct team members, train standard operating procedures, maintain visual standards, and resolve customer issues. Product recommendations and company programs are also part of the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead department team members with the manager
- Delegate assignments and follow up on execution
- Train standard operating procedures and processes
- Maintain signage, recovery, restocking, and sales floor presentation
- Resolve customer issues using judgment and logic

Requirements:

- Two or more years of supervisory experience preferred
- Sales or service workplace experience preferred
- Open availability for opening, closing, and weekend shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Customer needs evaluation and recommendation skills
