You will collaborate with Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, and Loan Syndications leadership to develop financing structures and syndication strategies. The work includes preparing investor materials, managing lender engagement, and supporting successful closings.Key Responsibilities:
Assist Corporate Banking and Investment Banking with syndication originationConduct due diligence, credit analysis, and financial modelingStructure, negotiate, and price syndicated loan facilitiesPrepare CIMs,



lender presentations, and financial modelsManage book-building, lender interest, allocations, and pricing recommendationsRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or quantitative fieldThree to five years of relevant transaction experienceStrong credit analysis and PowerPoint skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMBA, CFA, or relevant designation is preferredApply credit analysis, financial modeling, and transaction execution expertise to syndicated lending at ATB Capital Markets.
