management), primarily in secondary markets with a mix of independent and assisted living

The Director of Wellness will be responsible for:
-Leading the clinical teams in excellent delivery of care services




-Ensuring the care plan of each resident is up to date and built to support maintaining of dignity and continued independence the best extend possible
-Lead for infection prevention and control practices
-Building upon the skillset and drive of each team member to support growth prospects
-Enthusiastic participation in sales, community and recreation activities
-Compliance with the Ontario College of Nursing, RHRA and other regulating authorities
-Following all Levante Living policies and procedures
-Manage care revenues, and labour and supplies expenses according to budget
-Prompt resolution of residents and family concerns
-Performing other duties as assigned

Must haves:
-Completion of Nursing program and currently registered with the CNO
-3+ years in a leadership role
-Vulnerable Sector Police Clearance
