The Operations, Transformation and Automation team develops instrumentation, reporting, capacity management, and process improvements. You will translate business requirements into application designs, resolve operational problems, and provide technical consulting. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, VBA, Alteryx, and Tableau
- Investigate operational issues and recommend informed control improvements
- Design technical functionality, infrastructure, interfaces, and integrations
- Lead design reviews and align stakeholders with architectural directions
- Mentor junior designers and developers through collaboration and knowledge sharing
Requirements:
- One to three-plus years designing, developing, implementing, and supporting applications
- Expertise with no-code or low-code tools and analytics software
- Experience with databases, cloud platforms, ETL, and development tools
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or technical discipline
- Robust business analytics understanding and an automation mindset
