This experienced Medical Laboratory Assistant works under a Manager or designate within the Laboratory department. The position supports specimen collection, preparation, testing, clerical duties, ECG testing, Holter monitoring, and laboratory operations. It also explains test procedures and maintains routine equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, prepare, and test laboratory specimens
- Perform inpatient and outpatient Electro Cardiogram testing
- Perform Holter monitor testing as required
- Explain test procedures to patients
- Clean and maintain routine laboratory equipment

Requirements:

- Experience as a Medical Laboratory Assistant
- Highly efficient approach to laboratory support
- Self-directed work style under general supervision
- Ability to perform related clerical functions
- Availability for rotating day shifts
