The Customer Service Specialist supports PepsiCo Beverages Canada by executing customer merchandising agreements and serving assigned accounts. Responsibilities include ordering, sales activities, product merchandising, storage organization, and display maintenance. The position also requires relationship building with key store decision makers and compliance with ergonomic safety principles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete ordering, sales, and merchandising activities within assigned routes
- Merchandise PepsiCo products across shelving, racks, and displays




- Use Point-of-Sale materials during account activities
- Maintain relationships with key store decision makers
- Provide excellent service and customer goodwill

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education preferred
- Valid driver’s license, clean record, and reliable vehicle
- Merchandising or retail customer service experience helpful
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift fifty-plus pounds and move pallets
