Job title: Commercial Insurance Broker Assistant

Description

We are seeking a Commercial Insurance Broker Assistant to join the administrative support team of our client located in Brossard, Quebec. In this role, you will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks to support the brokerage team and contribute to the smooth operation of day-to-day activities.

What We Offer

- Competitive base salary ranging from $50,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience
- Annual performance bonus of up to $2,500
- Full-time schedule of 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

- Three weeks of vacation per year or more, depending on experience
- Four additional personal days annually

What You'll Do

- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the brokerage team
- Prepare and draft various documents and correspondence




- Update and maintain client files and records
- Process invoicing and follow up on payments
- Draft client letters and communications
- Ensure the confidentiality of client files and sensitive information
- Represent the company's image and values in all interactions
- Perform other related administrative duties as required

Who You Are

- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance
- Deliver exceptional customer service and enjoy working as part of a team
- Comfortable navigating multiple software platforms and working with a dual-monitor setup
- Quick learner with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive
