Position Overview

Title: Parking Security Supervisor

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay Rate: $22.14/hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday from07:30-15:30

Site Overview

Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital is a central healthcare hub in Fredericton. Our parking team ensures patients, visitors, and staff have safe, efficient, and stress-free access to the facility every day.

What You'll Be Doing

- Supervise daily parking operations and support the parking attendant team.

- Create and maintain staff shift schedules.

- Count cash floats and perform regular cash audits.

- Provide scheduled breaks for parking attendants.

- Handle standard staff leadership duties, ensuring site standards and customer service expectations are consistently met.

Must Haves

- High school diploma or GED.

- Legal authorization to work full time in Canada.

- Proof of immunization for Mumps, Measles, Rubella, and Varicella.

- Documentation of a completed two-step Tuberculosis (TB) skin test.

Nice-to-Haves

- Previous experience supervising teams in customer service, parking or security experience.

- Strong organizational skills and comfortable handling cash transactions and basic auditing.
