Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for a Management Trainee in Saint John, building skills across customer service, sales, and operations.

This Management Training Program develops candidates through hands-on learning, mentoring, and structured training. You will learn Enterprise Mobility’s business from a neighborhood branch while serving customers and partners. The program prepares you to run a branch, cultivate business, and develop a team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Learn branch business operations from day one
- Serve as Enterprise’s face to customers and partners
- Develop customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations skills
- Establish community relationships supporting business development




- Learn to develop teams and eventually run branches

Requirements:

- At least 18 years old
- Four-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or recognized equivalent
- Six months’ cumulative sales, service, leadership, or activity involvement
- Valid Canadian Class 5 driver’s license with stated driving record
- Authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship
