As a Personal Banking Associate, you will build customer relationships while addressing financial needs and banking questions. You will guide customers toward appropriate staff, services, products, and solutions. The role includes branch operations, confidential matters, documentation, and customer problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage customers in advice needs and service transactions
- Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
- Guide customers toward appropriate contacts and banking solutions
- Support scheduled cash and non-cash frontline transactions
- Complete accurate processes, documentation, and regulatory procedures
Requirements:
- High School diploma and/or one-plus years relevant experience
- Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within 90 days
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
- Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
- Solid customer communication, organization, and time management skills
