The position supports scheduling, records, cost estimates, parts communication, and process optimization. It also provides maintenance software support, reporting, and customer-focused service for internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily maintenance shop workflow and incoming site calls
- Schedule field and shop maintenance with management
- Create accurate work orders, records, estimates, and reports




- Coordinate parts information with technicians and Parts personnel
- Support safe procedures, software training, and process improvements

Requirements:

- Three to five years of Service Writer experience
- Three to five years of administrative experience
- Robust heavy-duty and automotive mechanics knowledge
- Minimum Class 5 licence with clean driver’s abstract
- OSSA, CSTS, Microsoft Office, and communication skills
