Key Duties Operate tractors and equipment for planting, cultivating, and harvest operations Perform crop spraying and fertilizer/crop protection applications following safety regulations Conduct mechanical repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting on farm machinery Assist with harvest operations, equipment operation, and general farm duties Maintain records and a clean, safe work environment Qualifications Experience with tractors and agricultural equipment preferred Mechanical aptitude and hands‑on equipment maintenance experience Valid driver’s license (Class 5 or higher preferred)



Pesticide Applicator certification an asset (support available) Reliable, strong work ethic, able to work outdoors in all conditions Compensation & Benefits Competitive wages based on experience.
