Position Title: Guest Services Staff
Employment Type: Part-Time / Casual / On-Call
Pay Rate: Training Wage: $18.75 per hour | Site Wage: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Evening and weekend shifts

Our event-based facilities in Prince George host dynamic, fast-paced gatherings where no two days are the same. These venues offer a vibrant atmosphere where team members solve real-time challenges and help create positive experiences for every visitor.

What You'll Be Doing

- Monitoring and managing crowd movement to ensure a safe environment for all attendees.
- Directing guests to designated seating and event areas.
- Checking tickets and credentials at entry points to manage venue access.
- Answering guest inquiries, offering clear direction, and resolving issues promptly.
- Conducting regular patrols across the facility and responding effectively to incidents or emergencies as needed.

Must Haves

- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
- A customer-service mindset with a welcoming approach.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
- Solid teamwork and collaboration skills.
