Provide resident care as a Registered Practical Nurse at Extendicare’s Hamilton Home in Hamilton, Ontario, working the full-time evening shift.
This Registered Practical Nurse position supports residents while providing leadership to personal care staff. You will develop, implement, review, and evaluate resident care plans. The role also includes supervising staff work and orienting new team members. Current provincial College of Nurses registration is required.
